Interest Only Mortgages

Do you need an interest only mortgage and are having difficulties in obtaining one?
We specialise in arranging this type of loan.

  Some lenders only offer Capital Repayment mortgages, whilst other lenders will not allow you to have an Interest Only mortgage without a repayment vehicle in place i.e. an ISA or a Pension. We have access to lenders who will allow Pure Interest Only mortgages.

 Reduce your mortgage payments
  Perhaps you only want an interest only mortgage for a short period of time (possibly to keep your outgoings as low as possible for a specific reason). You may intend to revert back to a Capital Repayment mortgage in a few years. We can help.

* You must be aware that with an Interest Only mortgage the capital borrowed will not be reducing.  You must ensure that you have some plan as to how you intend to pay the capital back at the end of the term.  Failure to do so would mean that the full balance of the mortgage would be still owing.

There may be a fee payable upon completion for mortgage advice. The precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £595. (No broker fee charged on mortgages over £300,000). You have the option to pay us a fee and receive any commission which we are paid by the lender.  If you choose this option, we estimate that the fee will be £995.
The overall cost for comparison is 4.5% APR.
